flowers and tacos and someone's birthday

the morning glories are blooming again!
okay, regan, consider this-- they have been blooming everyday... you just never see it because you are never there in the .... morning.
shucks!

here they are happily making their way up the heirloom tomato plot's fence and hanging with the neighbor's flowers...

these are the 'red' morning glories we planted... although they're not too red.

from flowers to tacos...
can you believe it... we found another good thing about madison: tex's taco palace.
delicious!

and now, a very special happy birthday wish to a very special friend...

happy birthday julie!

this week was about...

rehabbing the lost garden after 2 weeks of vacation and rainstorms...

saving a hungry cat...

competitions...

victories...

tomatoes...

lots and lots of tomatoes...

looking to the other side of the lake at a new semester...

enjoying a long weekend...

being amazed by humongous beans...

and vibrant colors...

and baby snakes...
