chick peas

ten minutes today to eat a peanut butter sandwich and take a quick look at the garden plots (have i mentioned that we now have two plots?). no new pictures though. all i found on my camera was this chick pea salad... chick peas mixed with olive oil, red pepper, lots of cumin, lemon juice, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, a bit of tarragon and parsley, salt and pepper, lettuce, and hiding underneath it all is couscous. mmm...

hey... one more law school class left until my lawschool career ends... soon i will be retiring from law school. grin.
